XIII Naval Engineering Conference

We had the privilege of attending the XIII Naval Engineering Conference showcasing Tamarack, our end-to-end 12 500 DWT cement carrier. We also had the opportunity of participating in the Round Table sessions and alumni panel at Instituto Superior Técnico, organised by the Núcleo de Alunos de Engenharia Naval (NAEN). Over two days, we engaged with students, researchers, and industry professionals discussing the key challenges shaping Naval Architecture and Ocean Engineering.

It was especially rewarding to see future naval engineers asking insightful questions and actively engaging with real industry topics. Events like these reinforce the importance of strengthening the bridge between academia and practice, and we thank NAEN and Instituto Superior Técnico for creating such a valuable space for dialogue.
